STUDENTS COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE


The Complaints Procedure is for if you are worried or unhappy about something in college.

You can talk in complete confidence to any of the following:

• Your Course Director
• Your Personal Tutor
• The Student Liaison Officer (Kim)
• Mr McQuin
• Mrs Carter
• Mr O’Hare

Or any other person you feel comfortable speaking to.

If you feel uncomfortable about talking to someone, you can write a note or ask a friend to speak for you.

Please remember:

• We won’t get upset or angry by what you say
• We will listen in confidence to what you say
• We value your honesty

If your complaint is serious we can arrange for you to talk to someone outside school.
